HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?

Usually your order will be despatched same/next working day.  If there is likely to be any delay we will notify you immediately.  Most deliveries will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class, larger orders will be sent via courier.

WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE THE ITEMS I HAVE PURCHASED?

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, please email to let us know. We will either replace the goods or give you a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

CAN YOU PERSONALISE ITEMS ?

Yes, we can add a name to many of the items seen on this website. We can also custom make these items with your own artwork/photographs etc. Please email for more information.

CAN I BUY MORE ITEMS AND GET A DISCOUNT ?

Yes, we can offer a large discount when you buy items in larger quantities. We operate a wholesale plan for clubs, retailers etc.

I DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT, CAN I STILL BUY  ?

Yes, you don't need a PayPal account, once you click on the CHECKOUT button you will be taken to the PayPal screen but there is an option to enter your debit/credit card details there.  You do not need to open an account.

CAN I PAY YOU ANY OTHER WAY  ?

Yes, you can send a cheque, just send an email with your order and we'll take it from there.

I'M NOT SURE WHAT SIZE I NEED, CAN YOU HELP  ?

Yes, we can provide you with the actual measurements of each garment so you can make sure it will fit.  Remember, you can always return it for a refund or exchange if it doesn't.
